Pedestrian who died following Shawlands car crash named as George Jarvis

Ford

The pedestrian who died following a fatal crash in Glasgow's south side has been named as George Jarvis.

George, 69, was involved in a collision with a Ford Fiesta on Kilmarnock Road near to the junction with Holmbank Avenue on March 4 at around 11.30pm.

He was rushed to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, but sadly he succumbed to his injuries on Monday, 7 March.
