Pedestrian rushed to Glasgow hospital after being struck by car on busy east end road

Glasgow Glasgow Royal Infirmary

A man had to be taken to hospital after being hit by a car on a busy east end road.

Emergency services were called to Edinburgh Road around 11.50am on Tuesday after reports of a pedestrian being hit by a car.

The man was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment. His condition is currently unknown.
