Police are appealing for witnesses after a pedestrian was killed following a car crash on the North Circular.
Dickson Achiu, 28, was struck shortly after 4.30am on October 27 on near Meridian Way in Edmonton, north London.
Police, the London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance rushed to the incident but Mr Achiu was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Met Police said his next of kin have been informed.
The car stopped at the scene and the driver is assisting police with enquiries – there has been no arrest.
Detectives are now appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision or was travelling on the A406 near Meridian Way at the time to get in contact.
In April, a pedestrian in his 80s died after being hit by a van on the A406’s Angel Road Flyover near Edmonton.
The police appeal follows a series of deaths on London’s roads.
Last week a woman in her 60s was killed after she was hit by a car in Chingford.
The crash happened roughly half an hour after a woman in her 70s was found seriously injured on Garratt Lane, Earlsfield
The pedestrian is fighting for her life after being hit by an electric bike in south west London at about 1.45pm on Thursday.
Hours earlier a female pedestrian died after a hit and run with a car in Brent.
The crashes come after tributes were paid to a cyclist in his 20s who died after being hit by a lorry in south-west London on Saturday.
A cyclist was also left fighting for their life after a collision with a van in south London last Friday.
