A pedestrian walking on the busy road by the Devil’s Pulpit was injured when she was hit by a Land Rover Discovery’s wing mirror.
Farmer John Campbell Graham, of nearby Aucheneck Farm House, had been behind the wheel of the SUV when the incident occurred on Stockiemuir Road at the junction with the B834 Killearn road on September 26, 2020.
The 76-year-old had originally been charged with dangerous driving, but admitted an amended charge of careless driving which stated that he had failed to comply with the road markings and collided with Kayleigh Kerr to her injury.
