Pedestrian dead after being struck in hit-and-run on New England Highway

A MAN believed to be in his 30s has died after being struck by a vehicle overnight, north-west of Maitland.

Emergency services were called to the New England Highway at Harpers Hill, between Orient Street and Allandale Road at about 9.30pm on Wednesday, October 30.
