One of the many medium-sized streaming services owned by a studio is Peacock, the official streaming service of NBCUniversal, and it's proven very popular for a few key reasons.

Peacock has traditionally been one of the more affordable streaming services, by a small margin but enough to win over subscribers. Secondly it has a diverse selection of offerings including live sports, Universal movies and NBC TV shows.
