Mussoorie (Uttarakhand): Highlighting the engagements with the neighbouring countries in recent years, Foreign Secretary Harsh Shringla on Wednesday said that India has made it clear to China that peace and tranquillity in the border areas are essential elements to boost bilateral relationship between both the countries.
The Foreign Secretary made the remarks while addressing the inaugural session of the Training Module on India's Neighbourhood at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) in Mussoorie.
