Pay boost confirmed for thousands of NSW public workers

Prison officers and school support staff are among more than 80,000 NSW public sector workers in line for a four per cent pay rise.

The state government struck a deal with the Public Service Association in the Industrial Relations Commission for the pay increase, plus a 0.5 per cent increase in superannuation.
