Is there a Paula’s Choice key worker discount?
No, Paula’s Choice doesn’t currently offer an NHS discount. However, key workers can still save when you use one of our tried & tested Paula’s Choice discount codes at checkout.
What is the returns policy at Paula’s Choice?
Paula’s Choice has a 60-day returns policy in case you’re not 100% satisfied with your order. Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition for a refund. You’ll need to request a return to start the process.

How do we source voucher codes and deals?

What if my promo code doesn’t work?
We manually test our codes regularly and include all terms and conditions to help prevent listing codes that don’t work. However, although our promo codes are tested regularly, sometimes a code will expire or the offer details will change without our knowledge. How do we make money?
