Paul Weller at Singleton Park in Swansea: Timings, banned items, parking and everything else you need to know

The countdown is officially on until the Modfather arrives in Swansea to perform one of three big back-to-back nights of music at the city's Singleton Park. Paul Weller performs at the city's treasured park on Sunday, July 31 - capping off an exciting weekend which also saw Nile Rodgers and Chic perform on Friday night, and Anne-Marie on Saturday night.

There's been a last-minute change to the support act after The Coral pulled out due to illness, more on that below.

The former lead singer of The Jam arrives in the city on the back of the release of his 16th solo album since his self-titled debut in 1992. The album is his fourth in as many years and his second in just under twelve months following his 2020 chart-topping 'On Sunset'.

Critics say his new album, titled Fat Pop (Volume 1), is among his most compelling collections, including all of his era-defining work in the 1970s and '80s with The Jam and The Style Council. The Swansea show, promoted by Orchard Live, will feature work from across his career along with new material.

Here, we've pulled together a guide of everything you need to know about the event, including the all-important timings, a predicted setlist, road closures, banned items, parking options and more. Get stories like this straight to your inbox with our newsletters.
