Former Arsenal star Merson highlighted how Bellingham is similar to Frenchman Viera with the way he 'bursts forward' with the ball from midfield. Liverpool are said to be extremely keen on the Borussia Dortmund star with the summer transfer window approaching.
At just 18-years-old, Bellingham has the footballing world at his feet with almost every top club in Europe fighting for his services - with Liverpool very much being one of them.

German newspaper Bild have been reporting that Jurgen Klopp is a huge admirer of the England international and could look to bring him to Anfield.
Merson told Sky Sports News that Bellingham can ‘pick who he wants to play for’ because of how good he is.
“I think everybody will (be interested in Bellingham),” said Merson. “I think the kid is phenomenal. At his age, his composure and always wanting the ball. There’s not a lot that he can’t do.
"The way he burst forward, he reminds me of Patrick Vieira and he gets across the pitch very quickly. He has got everything. For a young kid, he plays like he’s a 30-years-old head on his shoulders. That’s some going in football.
“It’s so hard, trust me, playing international football. He plays it like he is playing with his mates in the park. I think he is a very special player – he will be able to pick who he wants to play for.”
