Winks told to join Everton
Everton are keen to sign Harry Winks from Tottenham and pundit Paul Merson believes it would be a good idea.
Winks has come through the Spurs academy and has made a handful of appearances for England. But in recent months his stock has fallen in north London and it seems the midfielder is on his way out of the club, with the Toffees interested. Merson has said that Winks has become a 'scapegoat' at his current club who needs to be saved, pointing out that under Jose Mourinho he was always taken out of the starting line-up after a loss.
