Paul Hollywood 's ex girlfriend Summer Monteys-Fullam has given a health update following a hospital dash.

The former barmaid turned aesthetics worker, 27, revealed she underwent keyhole surgery after a cyst burst in her ovary.

Summer was left in excruciating pain and took to her social media to explain the cyst had filled a sac behind her womb with fluid.
