Paul Hardcastle spoke to his son just minutes before his death in a motorcycle accident.

The 68-year-old musician - whose track 19 topped the UK Singles Chart in 1985 - revealed on social media earlier this week that his son Paul Jr, 35, had tragically passed away in the incident and has now explained that the pair spoke on the phone in the moments prior to the fatal accident.
