New England Patriots cornerback Mac Jones has been impressed with wide receiver Jalen Reagor.
Reagor was signed to the Patriots’ practice squad on August 31. He spent the first two seasons of his career with the Philadelphia Eagles, before playing with the Minnesota Vikings in 2022. He was released by the Vikings on August 30.
It’s been a roller-coaster career for the former TCU star to this point. He is perhaps best known for being the wide receiver selected before Justin Jefferson in the 2020 NFL draft. On Thursday, he was signed to the Patriots’ main roster.
Jones is clearly impressed with what the wide receiver brings to the table, as reported by NESN.com’s Zack Cox.
Mac Jones said WR Jalen Reagor has impressed him in practice by "getting open, finishing and catching the ball."

Reagor could be a benefit to New England’s wide receiver room, as he looks to unlock the skill set that made him such a highly-regarded receiver out of college.
New England’s struggling offense needs as many playmakers as possible at the position.
