Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes is teaming up with one of his AFC rivals for a golf tournament.
Mahomes and Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen are joining forces to defeat Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Tom Brady and Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers in the latest edition of Captial One’s one-off golf competition, “The Match.” It’s two of the NFL’s brightest young stars versus two future Hall of Fame quarterbacks for some all-time bragging rights on the golf course.
Just a day ago, Mahomes, Allen and Rodgers were referenced in a message by Brady on his Twitter account which created some buzz and speculation that this was coming. Sure enough, Brady and Mahomes confirmed it on their Twitter accounts on Monday.

Mahomes has previously participated in some golf events during the offseason, often taking part in the American Century Championship. Brady and Rodgers have both played in “The Match” before, with Rodgers and Bryson DeChambeau beating Brady and Phil Mickelson last offseason. This is the first version of “The Match” which will feature an all-football lineup.
Mahomes, Allen, Brady and Rodgers are set to hit the links at Wynn Las Vegas for a 6:30 p.m. start on June 1 and you can watch it all unfold on the TNT network.
