Patrick J. Adams is set to join the cast of Michelle Pfeiffer's Yellowstone spinoff, The Madison, as a young investment banker named Russell McIntosh. The Madison is the first official sequel series to the popular show Yellowstone, created by Taylor Sheridan. The series is described as a heartfelt exploration of grief and human connection, following a New York City family in the Madison River valley of central Montana.
Elle Chapman and Beau Garrett have also been announced as part of the cast. Chapman will make her TV debut playing Paige McIntosh, a character described as somewhat self-centered and living a luxurious lifestyle in New York. Garrett will portray Abigail Reese, a resilient and sardonic New Yorker who is a recently divorced mother of two.
The Madison is produced by MTV Entertainment Studios, 101 Studios, and Bosque Ranch Productions, with a stellar lineup of executive producers including Sheridan, Pfeiffer, and others. The series is expected to feature new characters and locations while potentially including some familiar faces from the Yellowstone universe.
Paramount Network had previously announced plans for two spinoffs following the conclusion of Yellowstone: a prequel series set in 1944 and The Madison, which was initially titled 2024. The Madison is a present-day continuation that will explore life after the events of Yellowstone.
Patrick J. Adams, known for his role in Suits and recent projects like the limited series Plan B, is represented by CAA, The Rosenzweig Group, and attorney Lev Ginsburg. Beau Garrett, whose credits include Firefly Lane and The Good Doctor, is represented by LINK Entertainment, SDB Partners, and attorney Jason Hendler. Elle Chapman, making her TV debut in The Madison, is represented by Alchemy Entertainment, Sovereign Talent Group, and Goodman Genow.
The Madison does not yet have a premiere date, but fans are eagerly anticipating this new chapter in the Yellowstone universe, which promises to deliver compelling storytelling and engaging characters.
