Patrick and Brittany Mahomes' estate in Belton, Missouri, has never felt traditional. However, while its interiors always felt architecturally modern and sleekly designed, the patio is where you should be taking notes for 2027.
On their turf-grid patio, large-format concrete pavers are arranged in a geometric layout separated by rows of green. The result is incredibly high-contrast. It pairs beautifully with the home's glass facade and the surrounding grounds, laying the groundwork for what is set to be a leading hardscaping trend in 2027.
