Where is your favourite destination and why?
Venice in March, before the tourists start to arrive in spring. It’s the most magical place on earth. When I think of Venice, I just want to get lost — meander through the beauty of it. It’s a pleasure to get lost there; not like other big cities full of cars and people rushing to work. People are more leisurely, and every alleyway is a discovery. Even with the invasion of tourism, you can stumble on a little piazza, sit by a tree and take it all in. My dream is to one day be able to rent a little apartment looking out over the water and live the life of a Venetian for a few months. To really absorb it.
