Mumbai: The wife of Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut arrived at the Enforcement Directorate office in Mumbai on Saturday as she was summoned by the agency in connection with the Patra Chawl land case for questioning by the agency.
The MP's wife Varsha Raut was summoned by the central agency on Friday after the ED officials raided the Shiv Sena leader's home on Sunday and after detaining and questioning him (Sanjay Raut) for several hours, arrested him in the early hours on Monday and produced him before a special sessions court which directed to send him to the ED's custody till Thursday which was extended till 8 August.
