PATNA: Patna Women’s College (PWC), an autonomous college under the Patna University, is likely to offer online degree courses from the next academic session, college principal Sister M Rashmi said.
Welcoming the UGC’s decision to allow the autonomous colleges having accreditation from the NAAC with A- grade (a minimum of 3.26 CGPA score) or securing ranks in the top 100 list in the respective subject category twice in the preceding three rankings of National Institutional Ranking Framework to offer online degree courses to the students from July this year, the principal said the college would take a decision on running much-sought after courses for the benefit of local students only after studying the details of the UGC scheme.
