Patna: AAI initiates bidding process for parallel taxi track, isolation bay

PATNA: After the state government has transferred around 26 acre of land for the redevelopment of the city airport, the Airports Authority of India (AAI) has initiated the bidding process to choose the agency for the construction of parallel taxi track (PTT), isolation bay and other facilities at the Jayprakash Narayan International Airport.

The proposed facilities will improve the runway capacity, decrease flight delays and help to tackle the emergency scare.
