More than 10 people who found treatments they never received recorded in their digital health histories on Monday petitioned the Public Health Ministry, demanding answers within 15 days or they would pursue legal action.
The group, led by Foundation for Justice Restoration Campaign vice-president Raphatsit Phatarasirichaisin, submitted a letter to Public Health Minister Pattana Promphat through the ministry's complaints centre.
The move follows reports that incorrect health records were uploaded to the government's Mor Prom and Tang Rat applications through the Health Link system, resulting in treatment histories appearing in patients' digital medical records that they say were inaccurate.
