Among the victims was Cristina Irimie, a dedicated teacher who treated her students as her own children. The night before the shooting, Irimie stayed up baking a cake to celebrate her birthday with her beloved students. Unfortunately, she had postponed her own birthday celebration earlier due to caring for her mother post-surgery.
