Passengers 'evacuated' from Edinburgh Waverley as all train lines close

Edinburgh Edinburgh Waverley ScotRail

ALL lines at Edinburgh Waverley were closed this morning for half an hour.

Scotrail made an announcement on their social media channels that due to a fire alarm, station lines had been closed.

Commuters were also evacuated from Waverley before an update was issued by Scotrail announcing that the station had been reopened and trains were returning to normal.
