Passengers describe ‘traumatic’ experiences after Alcatraz ferry crashes into pier

  • Alcatraz City Cruises confirmed it was a “docking incident” and stated there were no reported injuries among the 102 passengers on board.
  • The company is conducting an investigation into the cause of the incident and has begun refunding affected passengers.
