Passenger spots graffiti on plane begging Jet2 to stop playing Jess Glynne song

A passenger was left 'howling with laughter' after spotting plane graffiti begging Jet2 to stop playing the 'moronic and endless' Jess Glynne song on every advert. Lynn Baron was on a flight from Lanzarote to Manchester when she spotted the words 'please stop playing Jess Glynne. It is moronic' daubed across a menu staring at her from the seat in front.

The airline has been playing the hit song Hold My Hand in their adverts as well as when passengers board and disembark their planes, which seems to have annoyed at least one traveller. The 58-year-old says she pointed the graffiti out to husband Tim, 56, as they were in their seats ready for take-off and the pair were left in hysterics as the tune came on at the same time.

After sharing a photo of the complaint on Facebook, the housewife was inundated with commentors agreeing with the sentiment and bemoaning 'when will it end', while others praised the use of the song as 'excellent marketing'. Jet2 defended the use of the tune and said that surveys had shown it 'continues to be enormously popular with customers'.
