A passenger faced a ten hour wait at an airport after snow cancelled his Ryanair flight leaving him queuing for a refund.

Daniel Jones waited for 10 hours after his plane was cancelled because of perishing flurries at Manchester Airport.

Passengers had their trips cancelled or delayed after the hub was forced to close both runways yesterday morning.
