Passenger desperate as mum's ashes are lost in Heathrow's chaotic 'luggage pile'

A woman was left heartbroken after a bag containing her mum's ashes was lost at Heathrow Airport.

The traveller discovered her luggage was missing after she arrived back in Australia on Saturday.

After four days the woman's partner Annabelle Daniel shared her frustrations on Twitter.
