Leeds United defender Pascal Struijk believes the Whites need to do more to kill off games when they are in control after they blew a 1-0 lead to fall to a 2-1 defeat away against Crystal Palace.
Jesse Marsch's side started the contest well, pressing with the intensity they have become known for in the opening 45 minutes.
It was Struijk who fired his side ahead after he capitalised on a rebounded Brenden Aaronson shot to give the Whites the lead against Crystal Palace.

However, Odsonne Edouard managed to equalise for the Eagles to tie things up in the first half, while a second half Eberechi Eze goal proved to be the difference between the two sides on the day.
Leeds had Palace where they wanted them but were unable to make their pressure pay dividends. Instead of coming away with at least a point, they came away from Selhurst Park empty handed, leaving them winless in the Premier League since August 21 when they beat Chelsea 3-0.
And speaking after the disappointing defeat, Struijk feels Leeds have to do more to punish their opponents when they are in the ascendency of games.
"I feel like we should have finished the game in the first half or at least try and finish it, score one more goal, give ourselves a bit more space for the second half but they came out strong second half and scored the goals," Struijk told LUTV.
"The first half was really good. In our plan today, I think we executed it well. We came out really strong. I think we were playing well, scoring the first goal. Conceding the goal later in the half is a bit annoying.
"We wanted to come out strong in the second half but they came out strong too. You have to give a bit of credit to them coming out strong because we tried to in the first half.
"We need to get better and try to hold on to the results and make the difference even bigger so if they get a goal back, we're still up and winning. We have to work on this but I think it's good for us we scored first and then the next aim is to try and go from there."
