Partick Thistle are said to be keen on a move for Rangers youngster Ben Williamson as they reportedly look set to continue their trading with the Premiership giants.
Jags boss Ian McCall has been no stranger to signing players coming out of the Auchenhowie academy since becoming manager at Firhill in 2019. Lewis Mayo had huge success in red and yellow last season on loan from the Light Blues while Zak Rudden also became a fan favourite after his initial move across Glasgow to the Championship.
Other players include Jamie Barjonas, Rhys Breen, Kieran Wright, Adam Devine, Jake Hastie, Aaron Cervantes, Juan Alegria and reserve goalkeeper Andy Firth.
Now another player is being targeted and Williamson is that man, according to the Daily Record, following loan stints at fellow Championship clubs Arbroath and Raith Rovers, plus a short stint in the top flight with David Martindale's Livingston. It's been a busy summer so far in Maryhill.

Already they have signed former players Jack McMillan and Steven Lawless while another in Aidan Fitzpatrick is on trial. Harry Milne meanwhile has arrived from League One champions Cove Rangers and Anton Dowds from Falkirk.
Aaron Muirhead is the other Partick Thistle recruit and there is bound to be more with McCall's men looking to build on last season's Premiership promotion play-off spot.
Their preparations continued on Friday night with a 1-0 friendly win over Kelty Hearts thanks to a goal from James Lyons.
