“Sad”, “strange”, and “a shame” are some of the words riders and sports directors used to describe the limited TV coverage of this year's Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift.
Just three of the nine stages – stage one around Lausanne, five from Mâcon to Belleville-en-Beaujolais, and the closing day in Nice – have been granted full, flag-to-flag broadcasts, with hours of coverage missing from the remaining six stages.
