NEW DELHI: At the Paris Paralympics on Friday, Indian competitor Praveen Kumar, who finished second in the Tokyo Games, broke the Asian record to win the gold medal in the men's T64 high jump competition.
The 21-year-old Noida native, who was born with a short leg, won the six-jumper competition with a season-best jump of 2.08 meters, as per PTI.
