Paris Hilton just announced that she secretly welcomed her first child with husband Carter Reum – but he already has a secret child he's 'only seen once'.
The Hilton heiress, 41, and entrepreneur, 40, welcomed their son via surrogate, with Paris revealing the happy news in a sweet post on Instagram.
"You are already loved beyond words," Paris wrote as she shared a snap showing her infant's tiny hand clutching her thumb as hundreds flocked to congratulate the couple.
Kim Kardashian, Lindsay Lohan and Demi Lovato were amongst the star-studded list of celebrity names sending Paris and her businessman husband well-wishes.
But it turns out, the entrepreneur, reportedly worth around $40million (£32m), has another child – thought to be aged around 10-years-old – from a previous relationship.
The never-seen-before daughter has only seen her father "once since she was born" claims a source – however Carter reportedly "supports them".
Carter shares the youngster with ex Laura Bellizzi, a reality TV star who appeared on the VH-1 show 'Secrets of Aspen' - she previously dated Mel Gibson.
"The people who this story matters to have known about it for 10 years," the insider told Page Six. "Carter supports this child."
It is claimed that Carter "does not have a traditional father-daughter relationship" with her but has "provided for her since she was born".
Sources say the child felt "left out" when her dad tied the knot with Paris back in November 2021, reportedly leaving her "triggered" by press articles.
"She wants to have a relationship with him," the insider told the outlet. "She saw the articles of Paris and Carter talking about starting a family. She felt tremendous rejection and felt left out."
The Mirror has contacted Carter's representatives for a comment.
The revelations resurfaced after Paris' baby news, after she revealed that it has "always been my dream to be a mother".
Paris told PEOPLE in a statement: "I'm so happy that Carter and I found each other."
She explained earlier last night: "We are so excited to start our family together and our hearts are exploding with love for our baby boy."
Paris has been open about her desire to be a mum in recent years.
In December last year, she revealed the pair had began the in-vitro fertilisation (IVF) process during the Covid-19 pandemic.
She told the same publication: "We started going and doing it like a few months in because the world was shut down.
"We knew we wanted to start a family, and I was like, 'This is perfect timing'.
"'Usually, I'm on a plane 250 days out of the year, and let's just get all of the eggs stocked and ready,' and we have tons of them just waiting."
