In a thrilling competition at the Olympic Games on Monday, China's Lian Junjie and Yang Hao emerged victorious in the men's synchronised 10m platform, dethroning Britain's Tom Daley, who had won gold in the same event at the Tokyo Games three years ago.
Despite losing his Olympic title, Daley secured a silver medal alongside his partner Noah Williams, marking his fifth medal in five consecutive Olympics.
