The parents of Angel Lynn, who was just 19 years old when she suffered a catastrophic brain injury after being kidnapped by her boyfriend, have appeared on Good Morning Britain and said that they will never be able to forgive him.
Nikki and Patrick, Angel's parents, spoke about what had happened to their daughter when she was kidnapped in September 2020 and bundled into a van by her then-boyfriend Chay Bowskill, which she later fell from while the van was travelling at 60 mph.

This has left Angel unable to walk, talk or feed herself, and her mum Nikki broke down while talking about Angel's injuries, she said: "She's got no life now, ever. We don't know if she'll ever walk, talk, eat..." before becoming emotional and unable to carry on.
Angel's father Patrick added: "She had her whole life ahead, hopes, dreams" when talking about what Angel was like.
A clearly emotional Nikki said that she "just can't forgive" Chay who was handed a seven and a half year jail sentence and she also said that she felt "devastated" by the short sentence.
Following on from Patrick she said: "He's taken all of that away now, I just can't forgive him now, ever."
Patrick and Nikki have complained about the length of the sentence, as Chay will serve half of his seven and half year sentence in prison, and with the time he spent on remand included he will become eligible for release in June 2024.
Angel now requires 24-hour around-the-clock care and she may never walk or talk again with Patrick and Nikki now her main carers.
