A nursery accidentally exposed a series of mistakes to parents after publishing an internal document online - including a child almost escaping, young boy getting trapped in the bathroom and a youngster left sitting with faeces on his leg.
The message was mistakenly posted by workers on the Family nursery app, used to keep in contact with parents, at one point saying they "wouldn't be surprised if OFSTED don't turn up by the end of the week", Leicester Live reports.
Staff at Welcome Nurseries, which owns Smarties, in Enderby, quickly deleted the post and followed it up with a notice explaining that document had been published in error by an employee at the firm's head office.
