The parents of the waitress filmed in a Swiss bar at New Year holding sparklers moments before a deadly blaze ripped through the venue have spoken of their agony.

Jerome and Astrid Panine say their daughter Cyane, 24 was never meant to be working at Le Constellation in the Alpine resort of Crans-Montana on the night she was killed.
