'Need to talk to mum': parents charged with son's death

A father arrested over his young son's death following a horror crash says he "needs to talk to his mum" after being charged with manslaughter.

Samuel Ian Paterson, 24, made the plea as he faced court on Friday, four months after his three-year-old son Caden died at a police station from head injuries.
