The ‘Pains of Paramilitarism’ report saw academics spend two years talking to the victims of the assaults about their experiences.
And the authors have charted a grim childhood journey from broken homes to city streets and into the hands of the criminal gangs who mete out beatings and shootings in the name of ‘justice’.
