A surprise was awaiting a bunch of charity workers at the top of Conic Hill as Paisley superstar Paolo Nutini cheered them on from the peak.
The Scottish musician has been a long-time supporter of the Catherine McEwan Foundation, a charity set up to help people affected by Crohn's Disease, and Colitis.
Paolo has donated TRNSMT tickets, a meet and greet opportunity and even a fish supper served by his dad at Castelvecchi chippy in Paisley. Now, the singer was on hand to cheer on the hikers as they raised money for the charity with a 93-mile walk on the West Highland Way.

On their official Facebook page, The Catherine McEwan Foundation said: "First day for our "West Highland Ravers" complete!
"A tough 30 miles under their belts. Incredible efforts all round topped off by the Legend, Paulo Nutini cheering us on up the Conic!
"As always thanks for the donations! You are all making a huge difference to our patients and families battling Crohn's & Colitis....

In the photo, Paolo poses with the charity workers as they make it to the top of Conic Hill. Charity founder Derek McEwan had some sentimental words for Glasgow Live about the work Mr Nutini has done for his late mum's legacy.
Derek said: "A big group of us are walking the West Highland Way to raise funds and awareness for the Catherine McEwan Foundation, the Crohn's and Colitis charity I set up in honour of my late mum.
"We do a lot of challenges and this one isn't as extreme as some of them but it's not easy! So we had walked 20-odd miles on day one and got to the top of Conic Hill and there was Paolo!
"He was amazing, so supportive and encouraging of us all, he took the time to talk to everyone. He has been a big supporter of our charity in the last few years through mutual friends so it was great to have the chance to thank him in person - he was so genuine and told me to get in touch any time there is anything he can do to help us in future.
"It gave all of us a big lift after a long hard day so thank you again Paolo. We are on this walk for the next few days so if you're along the way come and say hello and feel free to sponsor or donate too."
