The Carolina Panthers just lost starting cornerback and team leader Donte Jackson for the remainder of the 2022 season. Plus, standout safety Jeremy Chinn may not be ready to return quite yet.
So, this Sunday would be a particularly rough time to be without any more top members of their secondary.
Unfortunately, that’ll be case for the Week 11 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens—at least almost certainly for safety Juston Burris and versatile defensive back Myles Hartsfield. Burris has been ruled out while Hartsfield, who has played the third-most coverage snaps on the team this year, is designated as doubtful.
Additionally, Jaycee Horn is questionable for contest. Horn did, however, practice in full over the last two days.
