The countdown is finally over and Garth Brooks is set to take to the Croke Park tonight.
Thousands of fans are currently making their way to Dublin for the first of five shows.
Among them are a group of Kerry women who were subjected to what has been described as a “sick joke”.

“Pandemonium” was reported on their train carriage when one man joked that the concerts were cancelled as a mark of respect for Britain’s Queen, who died yesterday.
Taking to Twitter, Martin Schranz said: “God help me I'm in Carriage C on the train from Killarney to Cork with 46 ladies all dolled up for Garth Brooks.
“I just told them the concert is cancelled with respect for the Queen and there's pandemonium.”
The Tweet has since gone viral and sparked mixed reaction.
“Oh Martin, that was very bold of you,” one person wrote.
Another added: “That was very wicked of you.”
A third said: “I hope you survive that journey now.”
Others enjoyed the “sick joke” with one person saying: “You're a bad, bad man but I love it.”
Another commented: “That’s hilarious. Mean but hilarious.”
A third said: “Bold but brilliant. Absolutely brilliant!”
Tonight marks the first time Garth Brooks has performed in Ireland in 25 years, with the wait finally over for fans.
It comes eight years after 'Garth-gate' where a planned run of five concerts were controversially cancelled over a planning dispute.
The sold-out gigs will see more than 400,000 people descend on Drumcondra tonight, tomorrow and Sunday, and again next week, on September 16 and 17.
Each show will kick off at 7.30pm and Brooks promised that he will honour the 10.30pm curfew, while squeezing in as much as he can during the three-hour concert.
