A pet dog is so pampered that he gets to sit at the dinner table 'like a human' at meal times and is fed Sunday roasts and fry-ups using the family's silverware. Victorian Bulldog Dennis has been joining Sam Grant, 52, and Craig Grant, 54, at the dining table ever since he was a puppy.
The four-year-old pooch pulls out his own chair and waits patiently while his owners finish their meal before mum-of-two Sam sets down his plate on some kitchen roll and uses a fork to feed him 'like a baby'. Sam says the spoilt and well-behaved pup is very gentle when taking the food from the fork and even lets her wipe away any slobber between bites.
Dennis joins the family for toast with butter every morning and again for dinner where he tucks into roast dinners, fry-ups or salmon. Sam said: "He's always sat at the table, he just started when he was a puppy and we didn't mind. He's got his own seat which he pulls out before he sits down.
