Former US attorney general Pam Bondi was reportedly diagnosed withthyroid cancer shortly after President Donald Trump removed her from office.
Bondi, 60, underwent treatment for the disease and is now recovering, Axios reported on Tuesday. The report also said Trump has selected Bondi to serve on the Presidential Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST), an advisory committee focused on artificial intelligence.
