Palworld's head of publishing and communications, John 'Bucky' Buckley, has promised players that Palworld will always be playable, as, at its core, it's not a live service game. The creature-collecting survival-crafting game has seen a resurgence of players since it left early access on July 10, 2026.
Palworld is by no means a single-player game, and the majority of players use at least some of its online functions. You can invite up to four people to your world to play in co-op, or create a server that up to 32 people can be a part of. This can be helpful for trading pals, building bases, taking on raids and dungeons and generally hanging out.
