"Palm Royale" was a hit for Apple TV Plus ... depending on who you asked. If you asked the streaming service, the Emmy voters or my wife, they'd tell you they loved it and that they weren't shocked when it was renewed for season 2 shortly after its season 1 finale. If you asked me, I'd tell you that it was one of the worst shows of 2024.
It looks like I won't have long to wait to see if the second season is any better, though, because Apple TV Plus just revealed a release date for season 2, and it's coming soon. "Palm Royale" Season 2 will premiere on Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2025, with a one-episode premiere on Apple TV Plus. The 10-episode second season will then continue to drop one episode a week on subsequent Wednesdays until the season 2 finale on Jan. 14, 2026.
