Palestine Action can challenge UK Government ban in Supreme Court

PALESTINE Action can challenge the UK Government’s ban on the organisation at the Supreme Court, it has emerged.

The group, banned under terrorism laws, will be able to take its case to the UK’s highest court in a bid to overturn its proscription.
