A Paisley mum will now have a criminal record of domestic assault after she admitted pushing her ex-partner on the back after an argument.
Jamie-Lee Gordon, 30, got into an argument with her ex-partner at a Paisley hotel and pushed him on the back, causing him to stumble, on June 11.
The mum-of-three, who has only one previous driving conviction from seven years ago, will now have a domestic assault on her record.

Procurator fiscal depute Karen Yuill, told Paisley Sheriff Court: “Around 9pm, witnesses were outside the entrance to Motel Air speaking to Gordon’s former partner Darren McInally.
“After ten minutes they observed the accused appear from the foyer and stand in the main entrance.
“It was noted she was highly intoxicated and staring.
“After a short time, the accused pushed McInally with force to his back, causing him to stumble.
“He then gave her the hotel room card and she went inside the hotel.
“After an hour McInally left a witness's room and then returned and stated he’d been assaulted by Gordon.”
Court heard police officers were directed to the hotel due to a call from Gordon’s ex-partner in relation to a separate incident.
Ms Yuill added: “Officers traced McInally in the hotel room and at 11.30pm advised the accused she was under arrest and was cautioned. She confirmed she understood and made no reply.
“While leaving the hotel, the accused stated under caution, ‘How can you get done for pushing somebody?’
“She was taken to Govan police station and released on an undertaking to appear at court.”
Solicitor Ruth Wallace told the court this incident occurred when Gordon, of Rankine Street in the town, was in an “extremely distressed state of mind at the time.”
Ms Wallace added: “Parties aren’t together anymore and on this night Ms Gordon had been drinking and had been drinking and consuming illicit substances for a number of days to deal with the grief of her loss.
“It is her view that she and her ex-partner had an argument in the room, he had been gone a while and when she went to the foyer area, she felt like everyone was laughing at her.
“She pushed him on the back, he stumbled and it was a minor assault.
“This was a matter where her emotions got on top of her.”
Sheriff Laura Mundell deferred sentencing for six months for Gordon to be of good behaviour.
Gordon was ordained to appear on December 13 for sentencing.
