A paedophile told a schoolgirl he would pretend to be her granddad after plotting a sex meeting at McDonald's.
Harry Croft, 61, told the youngster he wanted to see her 'in her birthday suit,' during a series of lewd online chats. But unbeknown to him, he was actually talking to an undercover police officer.
Liverpool Crown Court heard that Croft began communicating with what he thought was a 12-year-old child on a chatroom in November last year.
